Show the smartphone voucher to the guide inside King’s Cross Station at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Parcel Yard. The steps are located opposite the Harry Potter shop (the shop is called Platform 9 ¾), which is next to Platform 9 in King’s Cross Station
Arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts if you want to click a photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, as there can be a long queue
Ensure to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts and plan the journey to the meeting point well in advance, as refunds cannot be given for lateness or delay
The Madame Tussauds tickets will be given at the end of the walking tour
