- Show your smartphone ticket to the guide inside Kings Cross Station at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Parcel Yard. The steps are located opposite the Harry Potter shop (the shop is called Platform 9 ¾ ), which is next to Platform 9 in Kings Cross Station
- Arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts if you want to click a photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, as there can be a long queue
- Ensure to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts and plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance, as refunds cannot be given for lateness or delays
- The Tower Bridge tickets will be given at the end of the walking tour
