- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- Show your smartphone voucher to your guide at the meeting point
- The office is located near St. Mark’s Square. With the Basilica of St. Mark behind you, keep to the right side of the square and walk under the arches
- Look for the Olivetti Museum, then turn right and continue under the archways
- Cross the small bridge and go straight ahead to Campo San Gallo. The Venice Tours Office is in the square
