About

On-site usage
- Meet your guide in Piazza Duomo, directly across from the cafe of the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo. Your guide will have a signboard that says, “Walks In Europe”
- Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
- You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes
- Please be informed that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced

- Backpacks or back-worn bags of any size are not permitted
